I’m Chris Fowler. After 20 years of active-duty service in the United States Air Force, my family and I are proud to call Oklahoma home.
My wife Kim and I have been married 13 years, and we’re raising our two daughters in Moore Public Schools.

I enlisted in 2004, later becoming an Airborne Mission Systems specialist, and deployed five times in support of counterterrorism and counterdrug missions.
I retired as a Senior Master Sergeant in 2024 after serving as a Senior Enlisted Leader for two units.
During my career, I learned how to lead under pressure, take care of people, and be accountable for results.
I’m running for State Representative in House District 91 because I believe service doesn’t stop when you take off the uniform. It continues right here at home.
Over the past year, I’ve knocked thousands of doors across Southwest Oklahoma City, listening to neighbors who feel like state government isn’t working for them anymore.
From decisions that weaken public services to a lack of accountability, people are ready for something better — and I’m ready to deliver it.
